LEARNING FACTS WITH FUN – QUIZ COMPETITION
To impart diabetes knowledge with fun and spirit quiz competitions are conducted regularly. During one such Quiz competition, the children were grouped under the name of different vegetables highlighting their benefits, for example, “Peppy Peas”, “Popping Pumpkin”, “Cool Cucumber”, “Sparkling Spinach”, “Lovely Garlic” etc. Quiz questions were related to basic nutrition and how it helps in managing diabetes. We have had an enthusiastic participation and interaction from the children. Prizes were awarded to the winning team.
